Jenny Craig: Making Traveling Doable...Plus First Day in LA
Yes, this CHERRY CHOCOLATE WALNUT BAR was my breakfast in-flight the morning I left for LA. Though there were fabulous eateries, all with delicious foods...
I still lost 1/2 pound! Great results with JENNY ... Reasons? I think because I supplemented the trip with items from my Jenny Craig food plan and because my stomach really has shrunk...I am satisfied now with much smaller portions! And feeling great as I entered downtown LA!
Jenny Craig has given me hope that I will keep the weight off this time. Now, I am back home, I am back on the full plan...I have more to go and inspired to get it done!
