Anyone can tell you that I am EXTREMELY against wearing leggings as pants. I fully believe that the general crotch region should always be covered, even if you have the best body in the world. If the pants you are wearing do not have pockets, then yes, they are leggings. One of the reasons I believe this so much is because I have seen the horrific images of wearing leggings as pants, and not just in Walmart. What some people don't realize is that in certain lighting, EVERYONE can see your underwear! Not a good look.
